PACMA charges that the Principality of Asturias authorizes the reduction in the number of “abandoned” dogs in Laviana

PACMA [Party against Animal Abuse and Cruelty] has presented a report in the Courts of Oviedo against the measure taken by the Ministry of Agriculture and Livestock and Autochthonous Resources of the Government of the Principality of Asturias.

In this measure, “the capture, reduction and elimination of wild and undomesticated dogs in areas of the regional hunting reserve of Laviana nº 154, within of municipality of Laviana” is authorized.
