As of April 7, 2014, the registration for the 4th Edition of the Master in Animal Law and Society in the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona (UAB) is open. The Program begins in October 2014 and the classes will be taught during the afternoons (from 15:30 to 19:00), two days a week, Thursday and Friday, in the Faculty of law of the UAB. The process to become a Student in the 4th Edition Master in Animal Law and Society is divided into three stages: I. Registration, II. Admission, and 3. Enrollment.
I. Registration: You can register in person or online. In Person: By going to the Unidad de Atención al Usuario [User Attention Unit], located on floor -1 of the Postgraduate School at the Bellaterra campus. The hours for attention to the public are from Monday to Friday from 10:000 to 19:00. To register online, follow the following steps:

It is important to read the Handbook for Self-Registration before accessing the link above. During the Online registration process, you will have to introduce the Study Code and the edition for the Program. II. Admission: Once the online self-registration is finalized, the student must be admitted by the Coordination of the Master Program in order to enroll. To formalize the admission you must contact Carlos Contreras at the following email address: formación@derechoanimal.info informing that you have already completed the registration and are requesting admission. Once you have been formally admitted by the Coordination, you must send the documentation required to the Unidad de Atención al Usuario de la Escuela de Posgrado (which you must send ahead of time by e-mail to: email@example.com), in order to complete the technical admission (confirmed by: 1. NATIONAL IDENTITY DOCUMENT/PASSPORT and 2. University Degree)
III: Enrollment: If the applicant completes the requirements, the Postgraduate School authorizes admission and provides instructions to formalize the enrollment. As the program is a Master Degree, you must bring an official photocopy of your university diploma giving you access to the master at the moment of requesting enrollment. If the title was obtained outside of the European Higher Education Area (EHEA) you must also bring, along with the diploma, a copy of your academic transcript. In this last case, both documents must be legalized with the Apostille of The Hague.
