Diane Addie in the Master in Animal Law and Society at the UAB

On 23 and 24 May, starting at 3:30 p.m., in the Master in Animal Law and Society, Dr. Diane Addie will give the following classes in Room 3 of the Faculty of Law (Aula 3, Facultat de Dret):

  • Animal suffering

  • Animal hoarding

  • Saving the animals

  • The roots of evil

Diane Addie holds a Doctorate from the University of Glasgow Veterinary School (GUVS). In Glasgow she started her research work on the Feline Coronavirus (FCoV) and on Feline Infectious Peritonitis (FIP). In 2003 she received the Amoroso award for outstanding contributions to small animal studies and she is currently the editor of a website dedicated to providing veterinary surgeons with the latest scientific advances in feline illnesses: www.catvirus.com.
