Abstract: On June 7, 2018 members of the ICALP were invited by the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine (UAB) to attend their Ethics Seminar organized for the Veterinary students, in the presence of three speakers specialized in the topics of ethics and animal welfare and professors of the Master in Animal Law and Society of the Faculty of Law of the Autonomous University of Barcelona. The speakers exchanged with the students of Veterinary Medicine of the UAB on an important issue for all veterinarians, that they will undoubtedly face in the exercise of their profession: that of animal ethics, specifically in the Seminar to which we refer, in cases related to euthanasia on the one hand, and the reporting of cases of animal abuse, on the other hand.
