The venue of the Hotel Campus (Vila Universitària, Campus UAB, 08193 Cerdanyola del Vallès - Ph. +34.935 808 353 - www.hotelcampusuab.com) will be the setting of this 2-day-conference, which brings together some of the best legal minds from over 15 countries to discuss the many animal law issues and challenges that our globalized and industrialized society is currently facing and new challenges and possibilities for the future.

The history of the I Global Conference, ten years ago, suggests that this will be an important and ambitious event, to set the legal and scholarly agenda for animal law in upcoming years. Therefore we are hoping to gain further attention throughout the filming by Tirant Lo Blanch Publishing House, the real-time blog www.galcbarcelona.blogspot.com, and the Twitter hash tag #galcbcn.
