The real time blog of the II Global Animal Law Conference
There are only a few weeks left until the II Global Animal Law Conference, which will take place in Barcelona, Spain, on July 10th and 11th. We are preparing to share this unique event with anyone interested via a real time blog, which will be constantly updated during the course of the Conference.
Our two-day program will be very intense as our agenda is extremely ambitious. We are expecting 28 speakers from over 15 countries, as well as attendees from all over the world, and are seeking to create a space for discussion and exchange, which will help set the legal and scholarly agenda for animal law in the following years. The panels will cover a huge variety of topics regarding animal law and animal welfare issues, ranging from China to the United States. It will be a unique opportunity to bring together the best minds of the field in a multidisciplinary scenario of dialogue and debate.
For this reason, we saw the need to keep a daily diary of all our activities and panels for those who unfortunately cannot be present, giving them the opportunity to follow the Conference virtually. But it will also be a platform for attendees to discuss upon and leave comments to the various articles, and a precious source of information for anyone who is interested in the topic. Therefore we strongly encourage you to subscribe to the blog, share the link on social media, actively comment on the real time news, which will be posted, and be virtually – if not personally – present.
